Translation

he lay down the order and it shall not be passed over./ Praise the lord from the earth: you dragons and all the depths./ Fire hail snow ice stormy winds: which carry out his word./ Mountains and all little hills: trees that bear fruit/ and all cedars./ Beasts and all cattle:/ serpents and feathered fowl./ Kings of the earth and all people:/ princes and all judges of the earth./ Young men and virgins old and young let them prai/se the name of the lord: because his name alone is exalted./ Acknowledgement of him is above heaven and earth:/ and he has exalted the horn of his people./ A hymn to all his holy ones: to the children of israhel a people approach/ing him./

SING/ to the lord a new song:/ let his praise be in the church of the holy ones./ Let israhel rejoice in him/ who made her:/

pr[a]eceptum posuit et non pr[a]eter ibit. / Laudate d[omi]n[u]m deterra: dracones et om[ne]s abyssi. / Ignis grando nix glacies sp[iritu]s p[ro]cellaru[m]: / qu[a]e faciunt verbum eius. / Montes et om[ne]s colles: ligna fructifera / et om[ne]s c[a]edri. / Besti[a]e et universa pecora: / serpentes et volucres pennat[a]e. / Reges terr[a]e et om[ne]s populi: / principes et om[ne]s iudices t[er]r[a]e. / Iuvenes et virgines senes cu[m] iuniorib[us] lau/dent nom[en] d[omi]ni: q[u]ia exaltatu[m] est nom[en] ei[us] soli[us]. / Confessio ei[us] sup[er] c[a]elu[m] et terra[m]: / et exaltavit cornu populi sui. / Ymnus omnib[us] s[an]c[t]is ei[us]: filiis isr[ahe]l pop[u]lo appro/pinq[u]anti sibi. /
