TranslationWhose mouth is full of cursing
and bitterness: their feet are swift/ to pour forth blood./ Destruction
and unhappiness in their ways:/ and they have not known the way of peace:/
there is no fear of god before their eyes./ Shall they not know all who
are occupied in iniquity:/ who devour my people like they eat bread./
They have not called upon the lord: there they have been agitated/ for
fear where there was no fear./ Because the lord is in the just generation:/
you have thrown into confusion the counsel of the poor man:/ because the
lord is his hope./ Who shall give from sion the salvation of israhel:/
when the lord shall have turned away/ the captivity of his people:/ iacob
shall rejoice/ and israhel shall be glad./
