TranslationPsalm 19O Lord, save the king, and hear us in the day MAY THE LORD HEAR YOU/ in the day of trou/ble: the name of the god of iacob protect you./ may he send to you /aid from the holy place: and out of sion/ defend you./ May he be mindful of all your sacrifices:/ and may your burnt sacrifice be made fat./ May he give to you according to your heart:/ and confirm all your counsel./ We will rejoice in your salvation:/ and we will be exalted in the name of our god./ The Lord fulfil all your bequests: now/ have I known seeing that the lord has saved his anointed one./ He will hear him from his holy heaven:/ the salvation of his right hand in powers./ These in chariots and these in horses: but we/ will call upon the name of the lord our god./ |
