TranslationPsalm 21Calves have surrounded me GOD MY GOD/ have regard for me:/ why have you forsaken me:/ far from my salvation/ are the words of my/ sins./ My god I shall/cry by day/ and you will not hear:/ and by night and not be considered as folly in me./ But you dwell in the holy place: the praise of israel [sic]./ In you have our fathers hoped:/ they hoped and you have delivered them./ They cried to you and were saved:/ they hoped in you and were not confounded./ But I am a worm and no man:/ the reproach of men and outcast of the people./ All that see me have scorned me:/ they have spoken with lips and shaken the head./ |
