TranslationRescue the poor: and deliver the destitute/ from the hand of the sinner./ They did not know neither did they understand they walk/ in darkness: all the foundations of the earth shall be shaken./ I said you are gods: and are all the sons of the most high./ But you shall die as men:/ and be killed like one of the princes./ Arise god judge the earth:/ because you shall inherit among all the nations./Psalm 82 As a fire which burns wood GOD WHO/ shall be like you:/ god do not be silent: neither/ be suppressed./ Because behold your enemies have made a noise: those who/ hate you have lifted up/ the[ir] head./ They have taken up an ill-natured plan against your people:/ and they have devised against your holy ones./ They have said come and let us destroy them out of the nation:/ |
