Translation

and let the name of israhel be remembered no more./ Because they have devised with one consent./ they have together made an agreement against you:/ the tents of the idumeians and the ismahelites./ Moab and the agarens gebal and amon and amalech the foreigners with the inhabitants of tyrum./ In fact the assur is also come with them:/ they are become an aid to the children of loth./ Do to them like to the madian and sysarae:/ like to iabin at the rushing river of cyson./ They perished in endor: they became like dung for the earth./ Lay aside their princes like oreb:/ and zeb and zebae and salmana./ All their princes: who have said let us possess the sanctuary of god for an inheritance:/ My god lay them aside like a wheel:/ like stubble before the face of the wind./ Like fire which burns the wood:/ and like a flame that burns the mountains./ So shall you pursue them with your storm:/ and in your wrath you shall throw them into confusion./

et non memoretur nom[en] isr[ahe]l ultra. / Q[uonia]m cogitaverunt unanimiter simul. / adversus te testimentu[m] disposuerunt: / tab[er]nacula idumeor[um] et ismahelit[a]e. / Moab et agareni gebal et amon et amalech / alienigen[a]e cum habitatib[us] tyrum. / Eteni[m] assur venit cum illis: / facti sunt in adiutorium filiis loth. / Fac illis sicut madian et sysar[a]e: / sicut iabin in torrente cyson. / Disp[er]ierunt in endor: facti sunt / ut stercus terr[a]e. / Pone principes eor[um] sicut oreb: / et zeb et zebe[a]e et salmana. / Om[ne]s principes eor[um]: qui dixerunt h[a]ereditate / possideam[us] s[an]c[t]uarium dei: / D[eu]s m[eu]s pone illos ut rotam: / sicut stipulam ante faciem venti. / Sicut ignis qui comburit silva[m]: / et sicut flama comburens montes. / Ita p[er]sequeris illos in tempestate tua: / et in ira tua turbabis eos. /
