Translationthe way of your just-dealings lord:/ and I will always seek after it./ Give me understanding and I will search the law:/ and I will keep it with my whole heart./ Lead me into the path of your commandments: because I have desired this./ Bend my heart into your testimonies:/ and not to covetousness./ Turn away my eyes that they may not behold vanities:/ invigorate me in your way./ Establish your eloquence to your servant: in your fear./ Cut off my reproach which I have mistrusted:/ because your judgements are pleasant./ Behold I have coveted your commandments:/ in your fairness invigorate me./Psalm 118: 41 (Let your mercy) come upon me AND LET/ your mercy COME UPON ME/ lord:/ your salvation/ according to your eloquence./ And I shall answer/ a word to those who upbraid me:/ |
