TranslationPsalm 124Those who trust in the lord (shall be as mount syon) THOSE WHO TRUST/ in the lord [shall be] like mount/ syon he who dwells in ierusalem shall not be moved/ forever./ Mountains are round about/ it and our lord is round about/ his people from henceforth/ now and forever./ Because the lord will not bequeath the rod of sinners/ to the fortune of the just: that the just may not stretch out their hands to wickedness./ Do good lord: to the good and upright of heart./ But those who turn aside to guilt/ the lord will bring out with the workers of wickedness:/ peace upon israhel./ |
