TranslationPsalm 84Convert us, O God, our Saviour Lord YOU HAVE BLESSED/ your land:/ you have turned away the captiv/ity of jacob./ You have forgiven the injustices/ of our people: you have concealed/ all their sins./ You have pacified all/ your anger: you have turned/ away from the wrath of your indignat/ion./ Convert us god our saviour:/ and avert your anger from us./ Will you be angry with us forever: or/ will you prolong your anger from generation to generation./ God you will turn and bring us to life:/ and your people shall rejoice in you./ Show us your mercy lord: and give us your salvation./ I will hear what our lord god will speak in me:/ because he will speak peace to his people./ |
