TranslationPsalm 98Let the earth be moved THE LORD HAS REIGNED/ let the peoples be angry: he who sits/ upon the cherubs/ let the earth be moved./ The lord is great in sion:/ and high above/ all peoples./ Let them acknowledge your great name/ because it is terrible and holy:/ and the king’s honour loves judgement./ You have prepared directions:/ you have carried out judgement and justice in iacob./ Exalt the lord our god :/and adore his footstool because it is holy./ Moyses and aaron among his priests:/ and samuhel [are] among those that call to his name./ They called to the lord and he heard them:/ he spoke to them in a pillar of cloud./ The kept his testimonies:/ and the commandment that he gave them./ |
