TranslationPsalm 105Spare your monks I beseech you, o merciful kindness of Jesus ACKNOWLEDGE/ the lord because he is good:/ because his mercy is forever./ Who shall speak of the pow/ers of the lord shall make/ heard all his praises./ Blessed are they that keep/ judgement: and do/ justice at all times./ Remember us lord in the pleasure of your people:/ visit us with your salvation./ That we may see in the goodness of your chosen ones:/ to rejoice in the gladness of your nation:/ that you may be praised with your inheritance./ We have sinned with our fathers:/ we have dealt unjustly we have done wickedness./ Our fathers in egypt did not understand/ your wonders: they did not remember/ your many mercies./ And they enraged [you] going up to the sea/ the red sea: and he saved them for his name’s sake:/ |
