TranslationAnd finees stood firm and appeased [him]:/ and the affliction ceased. And they sacrificed their sons/ And it was considered justice from him and their daughters to demons/ from generation to generation for ever more./Psalm 105:37 AND THEY PROVOKED/ him at the waters of object/ion and moyses was troubled for their sakes: because/ they exasperated his spirit./ And he lucidly affirmed in his lips: they did not destroy the nations/ of which the lord spoke to them./ And they were mingled among the nations and learned/ their works: and they served their carved images:/ and it became an offence to them./ And they sacrificed their sons:/ and their daughters to devils./ And they poured out innocent blood:/ the blood of their sons and of their daughters:/ which they sacrificed to the carved images of chanaan./ And the land was destroyed with blood:/ |
