Translation

and delivered them out of their destruction./ Let the mercies of the lord acknowledge him:/ and his marvellous works to the children of men./ And let them sacrifice the sacrifice of praise:/ and declare his works with joy./ They that go down to the sea in ships:/ doing business in the great waters./ These have seen the works of the lord:/ and his marvellous things in the deep./

Psalm 106
God stood in the synagogue

HE SPOKE AND RAISED UP/ a storm of wind:/ its waves were lifted up./ They ascend even/ to the heavens and they descend/ even to the depths:/ their soul pined away with evils./ They were troubled and were moved like a drunken man:/ and all their wisdom was devoured./ And they cried to the lord when they were troubled:/ and he raised them out of their sufferings./
