TranslationPsalm 113What ails you sea that you fled, and you jordan IN ISRAEL’S COMING OUT/ of aegypt: of the house of iacob/ from a savage people./ Iudea was made his sanctuary:/ israhel his dominion./ The sea saw and fled:/ iordan was turned back./ The mountains pranced like rams:/ and the little hills like the lambs of sheep./ What ails you sea that you fled:/ and you jordan that you were turned back./ You mountains pranced like rams:/ and you little hills like the lambs of sheep./ At the face of the lord the was earth moved:/ at the face of the god of iacob./ Who turned the rock into pools of waters:/ and cliff into fountains of waters./ Not to us lord not to us:/ but to your name give the glory./ For your mercy and your truth’s sake:/ |

TranscriptionQuid est ti[bi] mare q[uo]d fugisti et tu iordanisIN EXITU ISRAEL / de [a]egypto: domus iacob / de populo barbaro. / Facta est iudea s[an]c[t]ificatio eius: / isr[ahe]l potestas eius. / Mare vidit et fugit: / iordanis conversus e[st] retrorsu[m]. / Montes exultaverunt ut arietes: / et colles sicut agni ovium. / Quid est tibi mare q[u]od fugisti: / et tu iordanis q[u]ia c[on]versus es retrorsu[m]. Montes exultastis sic[ut] arietes: / et colles sicut agni ovium. / A facie d[omi]ni mota est terra: / a facie dei iacob. / Qui convertit petra[m] in stagna aquarum: / et rupem in fontes aquarum. / Non nobis d[omi]ne non nobis: / sed nomini tuo da gloriam. / Sup[er] mis[eri]c[or]dia tua et veritate tua: / |
