Translation

and your judgement is right./ You have commanded your testimonies in justice:/ and your truth exceedingly./ My zeal has made me pine away:/ because my enemies have forgotten your words./ Your word is refined exceedingly:/ and your servant has loved it./ I am very young and despised:/ I have not forgotten your just-dealings./ Your justice is justice forever:/ and your law is truth./ Trouble and distress have found me:/ your commandments are my contemplation./ Your testimonies are fairness forever: give me understanding and I shall live./

et rectum iudicium tuu[m]. / Mandasti iustitiam testimonia tua: / et veritate[m] tua[m] nimis. / Tabescere me fecit zelus m[eu]s: / quia obliti sunt verba tua inimici mei. / Ignitum eloquiu[m] tuu[m] vehementer: / et servus tuus dilexit illud. / Adolescentulus sum ego et conte[m]pt[us]: / iustificationes tuas non sum oblit[us]. / Iustitia tua iustitia in [a]eternum: / et lex tua veritas. / Tribulatio et angustia invener[un]t me: / mandata tua meditatio mea est. / Eq[u]itas testimonia tua in [a]et[er]na[m]: et intellectu[m] / da mi[hi] et vivam. /
