TranslationPsalm 130As a weaned child is towards its mother let israhel hope in the lord./ Because with the lord there is mercy:/ and plentiful redemption with him./ And he shall redeem israhel: from all its wickedness./ LORD my heart/ IS NOT lifted up:/ neither are my eyes raised high./ Neither have I walked in/ great matters: nor in marvellous matters above and beyond me./ If I was not humbly/ minded: but lifted/ up my soul./ Like the weaned child is toward his mother:/ so reward in my soul./ Let israhel hope in the lord: from henceforth now/ and forever./ |
