Translationand there was none that would know me./ Flight had failed me: and there is none who searched for my soul./ I have cried to you lord I have said you are my hope:/ my share in the land of the living./ Attend to my prayer because I am brought exceedingly low./ Deliver me from those who persecute me:/ because they are made strong over me./ Bring my soul out of prison:/ to acknowledge your name/ the just wait for me until you reward me./Psalm 142 [on book above initial: Lord hear my prayer] [on book within initial: And do not enter into judgement] LORD HEAR/ my prayer:/ receive my prayer with your ears/ in your truth/ hear me in your justice./ And do not enter/ into judgement with your servant: because no man living shall be justified/ |
