Translation

Who lifted me up from the gates of death: so that I may declare/ all your praises in the gates of the daughter of sion./ I will rejoice in your salvation: the nations are stuck fast/ in the destruction that they have made./ In this snare which they concealed:/ is their foot caught./ The lord shall be known executing judgements: the sinner is caught in the works of his own hands./ Sinners shall be turned into hell:/ all nations who forget god. Because the poor man shall not be forgotten in the end: the endurance of the poor shall not perish in the end./

Arise lord/
 ARISE LORD let man/ not be strengthened: let the nations be judged/ in your sight./ Lord appoint / a law-giver over/them: that the nations know they are [merely] men./

Qui exaltas me de portis mortis: ut annunciem / om[ne]s laudationes tuas inportis fili[a]e sion. / Exultabo insalutari tuo: infix[a]e sunt / gentes in interitu quem fecerunt. / In laqueo isto quem absconderunt: / conprehensus est pes eor[um]. / Cognoscetur d[omi]n[u]s iudicia faciens: in op[er]ib[us] / manuu[m] suaru[m] conprehensus est peccator. / Convertantur peccatores in infernum: / om[ne]s gentes qu[a]e obliviscuntur deum. Q[uonia]m non infinem oblivio erit paup[er]is: patientia paupum nonp[er]ibit infine[m]. /
EXURGE D[OMI]NE / non confortetur / homo: iudicent[ur] / gentes inconspe/ctu tuo. / Constitute d[omi]ne / legis latorem sup[er] / eos: sciant gentes q[uonia]m homines sunt. /
