TranslationWho lifted me up from the gates of death: so that I may declare/ all your praises in the gates of the daughter of sion./ I will rejoice in your salvation: the nations are stuck fast/ in the destruction that they have made./ In this snare which they concealed:/ is their foot caught./ The lord shall be known executing judgements: the sinner is caught in the works of his own hands./ Sinners shall be turned into hell:/ all nations who forget god. Because the poor man shall not be forgotten in the end: the endurance of the poor shall not perish in the end./ Psalm
